The News: Going on a charm offensive (yes indeed!), Hillary Clinton presented her Russian counterpart with a symbolic gizmo outfitted with a "reset" button. The smiley-faced idea was to say: Kiss, kiss; let's make up. Alas, Our Team at Foggy Bottom mistranslated "reset" using the word "peregruzka" which actually means "overload".
The Note: And this time the Russian president really is named "Dimitri".
